Ulf is the best guy ever!  I've been taking my Saabs to him for 25 years.  He always cares, totally knows my car's history, doesn't tell me to get a new car because this one is "too old," (i hear this elsewhere), fixes everything for a reasonable price, explains thoroughly what the problem was, and best of all, when he wasn't able to find the problem or fix it (I can't even recall now what this specific problem was), he didn't charge me at all.  I trust him, so he was the guy i wanted to go to for a replacement of my blown radiator.  He told me of a shop that could do it cheaper than he could.  But I like him so much that I wanted him to do it anyway, and i knew he'd do a great job.  When my car broke down in another city, he coached me over the phone on how to talk with the mechanics in that City so they'd be less likely to overcharge me or over-diagnose.
