They significantly shrank my shirt, and when my husband brought it back to them they pointed out their sign that says they're not responsible for shrinkage. I've never even heard of something shrinking when dry cleaned and the fact that they have a sign up tells me this happens often there. We will not be going back there. It was wrinkled so I said it didn't need to be cleaned but if they could take the wrinkles out it would be great. Was told it had to be drycleaned to get the wrinkles out, This cost 48 dollars for the cleaning and the sewing. When I took the comforter out of the bag a few days after pickup I saw the all white comforter now had a fist sized purple stain and the fabric was melted where the stain was. It appeared as the fluid of whatever the use to dry or iron melted the fabric. Called the store and was told over and over again it must have came in like that, that's never happened before. Really? Im going to pay you to repair a corner of an all white comforter when its got a huge purple stain and its melted? That does not make any sense. According to them it was my fault. I think they thought I was trying to scam them but I actually wasn't. I just don't want to pay 48 dollars to have my comforter ruined. DO NOT GO HERE AS THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES.
