As she was doing my nails I made a comment it's not what I wanted ( I never complain ). I wanted a very light baby blue. They charged me extra without even telling me. I then decided to go back in after tipping And went to one lady saying it's thick and it's not what I asked for and she agreed. The owner or manager then came out and said "it's not thick, you need to say something while they're doing it" I replied with "I did". Very rude and made me uncomfortable. Now I have to find somewhere else and pay more money to fix them. Everyone had masks on.She really went to town and back on my feet,which I fully appreciated. EVEN THOUGH I CLIMB UP THE BACK OF THE CHAIR THE ENTIRE TIME!The salon is nice,it reminds me of back in the day..no no 2000,the 90's when getting your nails done was social
