Melody's Thrift store has only been open for three months but the organization it supports Melody's NPO which helps orphans and children with type I diabetes by providing them with medical care, shelter, food, and education, has been in existence since 1980. This is a smaller sized thrift store in a plaza on Sample Road. They sell used items and accept donations too. It seemed that a lot of their inventory is clothing. When I visited they were having a 50 percent off sale, priced as marked. I ended up finding two table lamps in the back of the store which I ended up purchasing for $10 each. Check them out if you are in the area. Prices are reasonable and you might find s treasure while supporting a worthy organization at the same time.
