Join naturalists at Hidden Oaks Nature Center for a pretend dinosaur egg hunt after learning about the fossil record of sizes and shapes of real dinosaur eggs. Some eggs were as big as a football! The dino eggs for our egg hunt are traditional egg size and are filled with stickers, temporary tattoos and toys. During the 45-minute session, Senior Interpreter Kim Young will share a presentation on dinosaurs and lead a craft before leading the young children out to hunt for eggs. Bring a basket or bag to collect your bounty of 10 eggs. The program is for children ages 3 to 8 years old. It will be held Saturday, Sept. 24 and Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022.
