Her attitude was very unprofessional and rude, even told me that she does not need this and not to call her anymore. The staff were friendly and helpful from the minute we walked in the door. My sister forgot to order her cap and gown and we went to them the day of graduation and got everything she needed just in time. They saved graduation day for her!! The staff is so friendly and dedicated to making sure your graduation is exactly what you want it to be! I am so glad I chose them, and I will recommend their store to anyone!
