2023 JONESVILLE CITIZENS OF THE YEAR ANNOUNCED The Jonesville City Council is pleased to announce the selection of Ray Leising, Ph.D., and David Pope as the 2023 Jonesville Citizens of the Year and Hayden James and Carson Laney as the 2023 Jonesville Youth Citizens of the Year. The public is invited to an Awards Reception on Tuesday, April 18th at 7:30 p.m. at The Sauk Theatre to honor the contributions of these outstanding individuals. Click here for full Press Release. CITY OF JONESVILLE ANNOUNCES BRUSH AND YARD WASTE COLLECTION SCHEDULE As a service to residents, yard waste will be collected during the week of April 3rd and the week of April 24th. The City will pick up loose materials by tractor, or materials that are in bundles, biodegradable bags, or labelled barrels with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Staff will begin collecting in the northeast corner of the City on Monday and will work through the remaining areas through the week. The City of Jonesville will begin spring clean-up in the Sunset View Cemetery after April 1st. Please remove flowers and decorations from lots by this date.
