He is a member of the Georgia Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Kay is married to NeeNee Andrews Kay. They have two daughters, Whitney and Lauren; a son-in-law, Justin; and three grandchildren, Nataleigh, Marisa and Weston. Dr. Berelc is a native of Hartwell, Georgia, where she graduated from Hart County High School. She received a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of Georgia and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from MCG School of Dentistry in 2011.
