Recovery specialists from FEMA, state and the U.S. Small Business Administration will be available to provide information on available services, explain assistance programs and help survivors complete or check the status of their applications for assistance. All recovery centers are open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Saturday. Closed Sundays. Betty Carol Grant Technical Center at Central Alabama Community College Regular Hours: Monday to Saturday, six days a week, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time daily.
