Trish Bailey wrote an estimate and we agreed to get 2 rooms of wood floor laid and one hall of carpet. The job was to take 1 week to get the materials and one week to schedule and install. Then they don't answer their phone or return phone calls. This despite the fact that they were referred to us by Allstate. Trish told me the wood was in and the scheduler, Liz, would call the next morning to schedule. She didn't. I tried for two more weeks to get a return call with no success. Their phone system is all screwed up. Then I get a call that they are coming tomorrow! I asked what do you need from me. Answer "just move any electronics." I moved all electronics. Then the installer came and said, who's moving the furniture? I had to move the furniture because the scheduler didn't put it on the ticket that moving the furniture was included! The installation "crew' consisted of one guy, and obviously, he wasn't going to move the furniture by himself. Then it turns out they had no one to install the carpet until the following week! When I tried to talk to them about it, Trish acted like it wasn't her problem, it was Liz's. And Liz, when she finally returned a call, asked me what my problem was and said that she is "the Vice President of the company" and that nothing I had to say was going to change anything. She said Trish lied to me and had no business saying that the wood was in because "she doesn't work in the warehouse." She said, (before the job was more than 1/4 done) "don't call me ever again," and "our conversation is over." She said the carpet will get installed when she decides, and not before. I asked her to send me an email stating that, and she said she's not sending me anything. I asked her whether Allstate knew she treats customers like this. She said, "Allstate has nothing to do with this. This isn't through Allstate." She showed absolutely no understanding of the disruption her ineptness caused, and made it clear that the customer was causing her a problem and the customer was the problem, and she was not the problem, and there was ABSOLUTELY nothing she was going to do to try to resolve any problem. She said her manager is the owner, Mike Douglas. I called Mike Douglas, and surprise! I got a voice mail and as of this writing, no call back!
